Since its establishment in Taiwan in 1987, after nearly 40 years of development, the group has included two companies: Taiwan Shun Yeah Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Shunyi Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. It provides supporting services to global brand manufacturers of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning-related (HVAC) products and equipment, and has thus become a benchmark enterprise in the industry.

Zhongshan Shunyi Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in Nantou Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province – a renowned manufacturing town hailed as "China's Home Appliance Industry Manufacturing Hub" within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The company's self-owned campus covers an area of approximately 56,700 square meters with a total building area of about 51,000 square meters. It is equipped with core production facilities including professional heat exchanger workshops, gas stations, raw material and finished product warehouses, quality control laboratories, and environmental protection and sewage disposal facilities, as well as complete supporting living facilities such as office buildings, staff dormitories and canteens. The company has an annual production capacity of 2 million air conditioning heat exchangers.
